If you eat pineapple, try this!

This is my new favorite thing to make – it uses the WASTE from fresh pineapple! The finished product is somewhat like kombucha.

That looks tasty! Right in time for pineapple season, too! I’ll tell my kombucha friends, they love fermented drinks. I’ll make it for Tuesday’s Crafty Day with the next ripe pineapple.

If you want to wander down mountain, you might enjoy Crafty Days with us although we’re a much smaller group these days with just three or four of us meeting out on the lanai. Which is a good thing since the pineapple tepache from the next pineapple will serve about that many.
